I can´t imagine it is "real" at this price level and condition of the watch...

Especially since the movement serial is just outside the first run 30mm range.

5 bidders with retraction history between 1 to 6 in the last 6 months? Somebody has been busy managing multiple accounts.....

Bulgaria. Right on the border of my favorite corner of the planet. Swindling, a little cheating, and shenanigans are good business practices in this region.

No denying that there are fantastic watches to be had from risky areas. There's a very nice 18ct Ultra-Chron in my box from Budapest. I was just pointing out that there's no consumer protection agency or any kind of regulation against fraud as we know it.

The topic is a rhetorical question, right?

And one of my Polerouters came from Poland (no, really). However, something seems to be rotten in the state of Bulgaria on this one.

It's a nice watch, but not $2K nice.

Are you saying rhetoric knows the answer? Cool - I'll wait for his reply.

Living in NJ one learns to watch out for this sort of thing.

Just got home and had a chance to look at the bidding history. The only bid that I think is legit is the opener for $390.

We'll be seeing this one again...and again,
