路That's the real deal alright. The 19AS was the first movement used, followed by the 29x series. The serial number dates it to 1960, which would have been the last of the 19AS calibers. Correct crowns too.
Price wise, it's pretty steep given the condition of the dial. For that kind of money I'd want a mint like-new specimen.

New York seller (shinmeigu) responded credibly (and in fact he has had that listing up a long time). The Illinois listing (joeyoofs) is fake. Please report.

Then you should be okay. Eventually, I'll get to know this watch because I'd like it to be my 290 specimen. Along with my date at 12 Conquest 291, and the possibly non-existant white gold Conquest Power Reserve caliber 294, it would be the greatest Longines 29x trifecta ever.
