LeCoultre Mystery Dial (or Mystery REdial)?

Hi guys,

This LeCoultre White Gold Mystery Dial is currently for sale on an auction site. It's a watch that's always piqued my interest and would love to be in a position to own one.

However this particular example has been troubling me as I can't quite get my head around the contrast between the aged sunburst dial and the bright and sharp hour indices (which almost look "newer" than the dial itself). It makes me wonder if the markers have been replaced, polished or re-applied during a redial.

On the other hand, it could just be the way the light is catching it in the photos?

What do people think? Is this a redial? Any other red flags I might have missed?

I don't know much about those dials, but the minute markers and Le Coultre text looks like it was added with a sharpie by a 5th grader.
