    My friend who works in the pawn shop owns it.

    No clue on the value. You will need to check auction records on these.

    I would post over on the Military Watch Resource forum to confirm it is a military model and not a civi one. Military are usually signed on the back

    Agreed. However, I don't anyone here has implied that this particular watch was issued. (EDIT - D'oh, sometimes I need to read the title!).
