Learning more about a small vintage Lady's gold Omega

Hoping to get any more information about this 14K gold Omega that my late grandmother left for us. We know nothing about it. On the clasp it says 891.332.CA.. Under the back it says "332C". Thank you in advance!

Apologies for the dual post (I was having trouble replying to your earlier comment). Really appreciate the help. See here some more photos of the Quartz movement. Serial Number seems to be 48017323

Serial number dates to ca 1985.

Like many, particularly ladies Omegas from this period they weren't part of any particular line, like De Ville, Seamaster etc.

Movement is a caliber 1374 (ETA 280.001). which was introduced in 1984, so ties in with the date by @X350 XJR.
