Rose figures, hands and medallion, ca 1953, 354 Completely original and un-molested with sliding clasp BOR.
What do you actually call that dial? Its not the waffle type that the Seamaster in the other thread had, its more like an early Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo dial
Beautiful watch. As a point of reference, here is my 1952 (birth year) gold capped Seamaster cal 354 with similar features of that vintage...
just remebered : have an early steel /pink gold capped constellation in the bank safe box as well.... have not worn that for the last 20 years..... kind regards. achim [/quote]
somehow i have moved on from smaller watches. but this forum is focused a bit on early constellations and seamasters.... so, it stays in my collection. there are only 2 constellations left; the black/white gold one and this one here..... used to have many. sold them 15 years ago. have quite a few rectangular caliber 20F and T 17 ..... kind regards. achim
