Good morning everyone, I have for sale a 1940s-1950s SS Zenith. The watch is in good condition; it has some light scratches, but I don't think it's ever seen a polish. All of the edges are very sharp! It has a 35mm diameter without crowns. Original crown. I changed the crystal early this month and had it cleaned. Service history is unknown. There are some light tritium shadows on the dial at 6 and 12 o'clock and some very light markings on the dial also at 6. The back has some wear from what looks like a previous perlon strap. I couldn't find much information on this model. In all transparency, it's been talked about here https://omegaforums.net/threads/information-regarding-1940s-zenith.42266/. Watch is sold head only! Looks like the bridge was changed. Have a look at the color variation on the mechanism picture! Best pictures I could take for the moment. It's been raining for the last few days. Asking 350chf firm (Swiss francs) includes shipping to your door. I have one reference, and I will do my best to make this deal as transparent as possible and make you comfortable. I also expect the same from you. I would prefer bank transfer. Questions? Ask away. Thanks for your interest. Jonatan
Great opportunity to increase of start a Zenith sub-second collection! You've got a beautiful 18K version and let's not forget this also amazing looking stainless steel version. Both for sale on this forum.
I happened to see this watch in person today, and found it to be nicer in person than in the photos. The case is sharp, and the dial and hands are in pleasing condition. GLWTS!
I uploaded some higher quality pictures, highly inspired by Modest Proposal! @Modest_Proposal I apologize for the trademark infringement.
