Late 1990's 861 Movement ID

Not great photos but between it being marked as 17 Jewels and having the different coloured wheels and rhodium plating I'd say Cal 864 which was a more decorated chronometer-rated version of the Cal 861

from the reaserch ive done the 864 should have
"CHRONOMETER - ADJUSTED TO FIVE (5) POSITIONS" prominently highlighted in gold text, only then would it be an 864. ??
this only has "OMEGA SWISS - SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS - 861" written in standard, simple engraving,
so may be a Caliber 861L ?

Yea I thought that too but looking around there seem to be a lot of Cal 864s with unadjusted around too
