After a long and hard search I finally purchased a Seamaster 300 165-024 as an early Christmas present to myself. the photos are from the seller web site as I only purchased it yesterday , I hope I did well as I know there a lot of dodgy 300 out there .....you input is always welcome.

    thanks
    Steve

Congrats Steve! And I agree with Northernman, plenty of time left in 2015. You could pick up 2-3 more, easily. :D

My pleasure in any help I was able to offer. Congrats are certainly in order however, you've only just begun the vintage diver seamaster saga. A 166.025 (with date) is required. At least 4 other bezels to try and locate. One of the Seamaster Bosses indicated that there were actually 7 total 165/166 bezels (@Joe K. or @kox) so you really have your work cut out for you. See if you can land at least 2 more by New Year's. :)
