Is their any good Vintage watches that are 39mm-43mm. I have a few including a JLC, Omega 30, Heuer but they are all very small. I would like to find a larger vintage watch.

There are several Heuers that are 40+ mm. I owned an Autavia Viceroy that was about 42 mm. Lotsa 70's watches, particularly divers, were 40+ mm.

Seiko 6139 - Not too hard to find good examples, 39mm including concealed crown. (Mine is a little beat up, but it's a keeper.)

I always liked the Tudor 7017 day date models. It is slightly smaller than your paramaters coming in at 38mm. Still a great size for a vintage. Photo from google search. Not mine. Although I wish it was.

Aren't those speedmasters awfully large for a 60ies watch?

They sure tick a lot of boxes ...;)
