Hi, what is the first thing to look for to see if the watch (photos attached) is authentic.
Any help would be appreciated.
It's due to be valued this week along with a lot of jewellery left by my wife's mother, to pay for administrating her estate.

Omega never marked their case backs like this, markings should be on the inside.
