Hi, first post so be gentle,

My Wife has had an Omega Constellation for a long time and I recently had the opportunity to buy this special Omega Deville Prestige at a good price with the plan to sell one of them. The new one is a 424.55.33.20.55.003 and is absolutely stunning in the flesh. White Gold case and bracelet. Quite rare to I believe, anyone any idea how many will have been made?

I don't think Omega makes large runs on their full precious metal watches. I think the one is the white-gold on white-gold butterfly? It's an incredibly beautiful watch, but it is not a "limited edition" model. But, I am unsure of what production runs for this model looks like...

Hi, welcome to OF

Not sure about the production run on this model, but the ‘Swiss Made’ script beneath the date window is way out of alignment - that’s a red flag to me. You suggested that you may sell this watch, and that’s something a potential buyer may pick up on ( I would at least )
It would be a different matter if you intend on keeping it, but the misalignment is too obvious to my eyes

Have a good one

Hi, I can see what you mean in the photo I attached but the 'Swiss Made' like 'Omega' is printed onto the Sapphire Crystal not on the dial so if you're not 100% dead on when taking the photograph it looks misaligned. In reality it is exactly aligned. The watch is 100%, had it checked, serial number checked and have the original purchase receipt made out to the person that I bought it off.

@cerbfan
I’ve learnt something new today then
Not familiar with this practice, but I suppose it makes perfect sense with a textured dial

cheers

Yes - Omega text, logo, and Swiss Made are all on the crystal - nothing printed on the dial really.

Hi, you might want to read the forum’s private sales policy.
This is not a sales platform, you must contribute 200 meaningful post before selling anything here and are not allowed to promote outside sales in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

if you are interested in sticking around you should remove all of your talk of selling here or there. Otherwise when this gets reported the mods may be tempted to come in with a heavy hand.

Best regards

Ah sorry now deleted. I was not really trying to sell it here just point out I'd decided to sell it and where.
