Ladies Omega De Ville 1993

My wife's De Ville (which we bought recently) has become out of alignment. This photo was taken at 8.05 pm.
The minute grabs is keeping good time but the hour hand is advancing too far.
Any thoughts?

Could be a loose hand on the hour wheel post. Could be a missing dial washer allowing the hour wheel to jump up.
My best advice is to take it to a watchmaker who should be able to sort out an Omega 1432 caliber.
