can anyone tell me anything aboit this watch. What watchmaker made the Harrods brand this one looks a bit like a omega. can anyone fill me in please

 

Ladies quartz from "fashion" brands are not worth that much money. It would most likely cost 4x the price of the watch to fix the crystal if the dial is perfect. A crystal replacement would be under $50 or so.

Does it say 9k or something like that on the watch anywhere? if so it might have gold scrap value, but it appears to be stainless steel to me.
