Hello everyone and thank you for your time on my topic. the question is, there is a Laco cal.526 watch, I can’t find the same watch to decide the price. Perhaps professionals and experts will be able to tell the price for them or show where exactly such are sold. Thanks again to everyone! I can’t trade on your wonderful forum yet, but if someone likes my watch, I can post it on eBay, etsy.😀
Helios and Waltham price I know)::rimshot::

Hi there. This is a PSA, that thinly veiled sales posts will not win you a lot of trust around here. It would be best to stick to eBay or Etsy for such posts until you have invested in contributing 200+ quality posts on OF, then you can sell legitimately.

Hi Graf,

For me, the difference between eBay, Chrono24 etc and OF is that OF is a community, albeit it has a sales portal attached. As a community, the member’s agreed code of conduct is a shining light that makes this place special. No one goes on EBay to morn the loss of their father or celebrate a wedding, but that happens here. The post count is designed to get people invested on this community. If people aren’t invested, then this is just another eBay. In my opinion, the scenario you set out of “let people buy my watches if they like” is disingenuous, and not as clever as you may have thought. Your post was - by design - intended to solicit sales before you had ability to sell here. Further, asking OF members for their time and talent in pricing your watches so that you will then flip them might be fine in some circumstances, but I think it smells bad when someone asks for the community’s help while in the same breath is saying that they refuse to accept the community’s rules.

Thank you for the opportunity to have this conversation. I hope you stick around.

I would like to add to Dave's comments, these watches are not of the quality you see on the sales forum here unless sold in the parts section. I can't speak to the Laco as they are not on my radar, but the Helios and Waltham wouldn't be worth the price of postage for parts.

The Laco 526 is a German-made Durowe 410. Hardly a grail watch. And U G L Y! Durowe became part of Timex in the early 1960s.
