It's not too overpriced then? Is the condition far below Sumerian's?

 

The bracelet is worthless to me except gold melt value and the condition is a bit below that of the one Sumerian picked up from him.

overall it was rated average condition
and mine was rated very good if not excellent

Personally I think, precious metals do not determine the desirability of a vintage-watch. Rarity, authenticity and condition, do. Take for instance, most of the highly desirable Rolex vintage-watches are in stainless-steel.
