Hello Respectable Members, I need expert opinions. What do you think of this watch? Is this redial and what's the tell tale? Please excuse this is the only picture I have. Thanks in advance.

    Best,

The cross hairs look awfully bold. I'd say redial but I'm no expert.

Thank you for the inputs. Will withdraw my waiting list on this one.

Question about the minute/second marks,,, compare to the pictures in the internet, their minute/second marks are at tip of arrow marker not at the edge of the dial,is this different dial pattern or redial sign? Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Lukmin Ko

Yes, for an arrowhead dial the minute/second track should be inside.

The layout on this dial would be for a dial with bar style markers.

You can see that the hands are now too short for the repainted dial.
