Not that I'd want one, or could understand why anyone would, but these items really do pop up quite a bit in Japan.
Here is a post from a Japanese NK-watcher about a non-Omega model with a Kim Il-Sung signature on the dial, which he picked up in China and thinks is an authentic officially-presented commemorative gift.
He includes a feature copied from NK's official news site, dprktoday.com, describing commemorative watches given by Kim, with similar-looking signatures.
The links to the original stories are gone, but other items are just as you'd imagine, with breaking news like "Thrice-Cursed Atrocities of Japanese Imperialists Assailed" and "Rice Transplanting Begins in DPRK."
NK's only web presence used to be hosted by an oddball Spaniard, if I remember correctly, and used to feature a FAQ page that went something like:
"Q: Where can one obtain signed photos of Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Il?
A: These items are available from the 'Gift Shop' page, see link below.
Q: I would like to live in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and work as an English teacher, is this possible?
A: No."
