This was me buying my first vintage watch online (for that matter from anywhere). Panos was extremely patient with me and was very upfront about the watch and the whole process. Just before shipping he got to know that the watch was not running as intended and he got it fully serviced at no cost to make sure he delivered on his promise, It is was great to transact with such a gentleman.
