I just won this Vintage Omega Constellation Black dial Pie-Pan on an onlineauction in Denmark.
I was advised too post here by a member on Watchuseek's Vintage section.

Please give me your thoughts about it:

It looks good too me: It has etched Omega logo on the crystal, the original crown is also on it. Crisp edges.
I won it for aprox 1500 in USD

I was lucky too, however, and was somehow able to avoid the 'noob' tax, with my first Connie... but we are in the minority!!

 

Yeah I have owned a Vintage Connie before, a 55 golden with black dial. Sold it a couple a years ago. I have regret that I did, but this purchase will straighten that out. I agree with you on the luck. Last time I bought a watch was in January 2015. It was about time now - got the itchin'
