This is a 1952 omega I purchased from a shop in Saigon. It measures 35mm w/o crown and 9mm thick. Very happy with the acquisition.
I really like it. Normally I’m not a fan of textured dials.

Earlier than that. I have a 1950 Omega Automatic with an applied logo.

A good question and one that is not easy to answer. Firstly with mainstream lines, Omega introduced the applied logo in about 1953.

Desmond

Here it was. However he says mainstream lines. I believe there is, like you said, a more rounded applied logo pre-53 (like OP’s)

Nice watch. Beautiful textured dial
Never seen a dial with no numbers on the sub second dial.
The lugs look different too, maybe its the low light ....

Love the 18K case too
