    Folks in this forum have been quite helpful. Decided to share. 14k Seamaster automatic. All original. Family heirloom that was in safe deposit for 30+ years.

    The watch is much too nice not to be worn. You should get it serviced before you start wearing it.

    I do wear it. And have occasionally for almost 10 years. Case has super sharp edges which I don't want to bang up..And dial is basicslly as new.
