OK, First time ever I ask for advice on a purchase. I hesitate posting on the Rolex forum because I'd hate to just register to post and then leave. At least here I've been a member for a bit.

2 dreams I had, to find a Rolex 5512 and to find a birthday year watch I like. And then I found a 1971 (birth year) 5512. Here's the info and what I know.

    - They Guarantee authentic with a 2 year parts warranty as well
    - Purchase insured, 14 days money back guarantee no questions asked
It's a 1971 Rolex 5512 all parts are genuine and not refurbished. (It is being serviced now on my request and the acrylic polished.
    - They admit the bracelet is the only part not genuine it is from a 16800 submariner
I had some doubts about the bezel as the late 5512 often had the kissing 40, apparently their insurance appraisals and watch authenticator had similar doubts but can find no proof that it has been replaced. If it has it seems to be from another 5512 (this is the only tricky part for me, but I can leave with it.
    - Because it is a transitional model the case back (not the case just the back) is 5513, but it apparently is well known from this models to have case backs not matching the exact case (I checked with another watch expert and that seems to be true, although I was surprised by it.

I'm posting pictures. Thoughts? And in your opinion what is fair pricing?

I should add I do not mind the wear and slight marks on bezel etc. it is a 1971 watch after all.
