Just picked up my Ultra- Chron ref. 2827 and my Seamaster ref. 168.032 from my watchmaker. The Longines had been there for a very long time and am very happy to have this back in my possession! It was waiting on a part that needed to be found. The Seamaster was getting a service also and having the date wheel changed out from Spanish to English. Wanted to give an anonymous thank you to the Omega Forum member who sent this to me at no cost, that was a very generous gesture, thank you sir, it looks great now! Anyway some pictures are in order, so...
Quite nice, both of them. How many U-C's do you have now? Are you trying to collect them, or are you like me, where they just fall into your starry-eyed gaze, then the next think you know, you're hitting the PayPal button...
Hey, I was at Bob's today too, to drop off a Piping Rock for service. I assume it was Bob's? Great looking Longines and Omega, Ed.
Thanks Adam, and Bob showed me the PR, very nice! Was very happy to get a call today letting me know my watches were ready.
I don't know if you bother reading my posts but I just wanted to give you props for building a well thought out collection in a relatively short period of time. You've got a good eye.
