I was bidding for a Aero Compax on E Bay for an EU member. He wanted it for parts since it was non working and in rough shape. It sold for $4600! Parts are hard to find. Our watches are hot house flowers.
The discs and the dial are what everyone wants. if it were a 287 it would go for a lot more. But I'm pretty sure Scotch Watch has NOS discs for the 481, well last time i asked Blake did.
