And it's pink...🥰

Wearing a pink gold dialed watch right now, fresh outta the box! Look for (crappy late night) pics in the high end forum in my existing thread.

Very well bought watch - a very uncommon pink gold centenary with an original dial as gatorcpa pointed out could very well clean up. I was the underbidder on this one and perhaps should have bid more but win some lose some!

Yep, you never know when you can snag a bargain and it's worth a shot to steal it. This is a rare instance where I wish that (a) I wasn't feuding with eBay and (b) I had some cash. I could see going up to $1500 for that.

It's a very good deal because IF the dial cleans up, it's at least a $3k watch.

It wasn't me who set the price. I asked Hoi what the going market price was for one like mine, and guessed it was about $2500. He agreed that was fair for both parties.

ps - it had the faceted 14ct non-logo Omega buckle and a period correct single keeper strap.

Sorry for being away too long .

Your watch was in excellent condition but it has black painted hour markers, that makes the watch less desirable. It also cost the guy more than $2700 to send money via Paypal from VietNam and more than $300 for tax etc....

Hopefully, next time, you will get a better deal on eBay.

Best regards

Hoi.

I'm slightly too drunk to do math right now, but the formula will be (how far off 1+2+3) and lowest total wins
Have you sobered up yet ??. 😵‍💫

Yeah, what Steve said. Heck, I'll save you the work.

Bids
$3,626.00
$2,738.00
$2,225.00
$8,589.00

My intuitive guesses
$3,600.00
$2,700.00
$3,400.00
$8,589.00

Well would you look at that, I guess I won! 😁

I certainly want you auditing my books. 💰

Not sure IRS would agree,

The $3k watch was a relative bargain since the condition was pretty good. The other watch could be a good deal if the dial cleans up but that is of course an IF.

The guy selling the box is going to have a return. Some non-English speaking foreigner will think the watch is included because it's shown in the pictures, and they'll win any dispute by saying the item was not as described because of that.

The WG Connie is in poor shape. Those dials are usually in excellent shape but that watch has water damage.

Not entirely sure about that insert to that box either - I recall the seller purchased a silver box without the insert some months back. Either he had a spare insert lying around or the insert isn't original to that box.
Agreed on the WG connie and it's condition.

The synchrobeat is a redial for sure. If you zoom in on the Melbourne's Olympic symbol it looks a little funky - but I'll wait for Mike or Desmond to comment.

Interesting bracelet, it's the same one that PG grand lux in the box had

I really like the RG watch. It seems to have gone for the same money as YG - is there no premium on RG over YG with these?
