Serviced/Cleaned in May 2023
Watchman also replaced 2 Gaskets and installed a new Crystal from East Tech Manufacturing
Besides the new crystal and gaskets this watch is correct
There is a bevel on the Day/Date Window
The Dial and Case Back have the proper Suwa Symbol
Japan 6409 704L is written on the dial below the 6:00 Indice
The original dial is in nice condition and the lume on the hands is a nice match to the indices color. There is some Wabi on the minute and seconds hand
The Bezel rotates bi directionally with clicks
The pip on the bezel is in nice condition
The crown screws down with 4-5 rotations
Non Seiko Diver Strap with Fat Spring Bars included
The case is in nice condition consistent with a 45 year old watch
Overall a nice example of the iconic 6309 Seiko Diver and a perfect everyday watch
Not going to open the watch due to its recent service but everything inside is as it should be
A perfect everyday watch that can stand up to everyday life and looks awesome on the wrist
