Try an Uncle Seiko Holzer jubilee style bracelet. It fits my Hamilton Field Mechanical perfectly - 20mm lugs.
One of the Uncle Seiko's Seiko bracelets also fits Hamilton.

I bought Uncle Seiko for my Hamilton chrono because the hollow links I could adjust for a better fit.

The Hamilton Field Mech is 38 in diameter. Not sure of the lug-to-lug length but it’s pretty long for a 38, about the same as my Speedmaster. Anyway, the US Holzer works great. Check out the Uncle Seiko website.
