Hi all! Been offered this womens JLC Reverso 260.8.86 model, unfortunately it doesn't have any box or papers. Ive been offered it for what I think is a decent price. Was just hoping you guys could tell me what you'd happily pay for it or what you think its worth, baring in mind it doesnt have the box or papers.
All I know about the watch is that its had one owner from new and was purchased new in 1998.

That model number sounds familiar. Is it quartz? What's the "very good price" you were offered?

No it's a manual movement not quartz. I've been offered it for £900

    :cautious:

Just over $1500 is a very good price for a manual wind Reverso. However, you should know that it's considered a woman's watch, or at best a mid-size, with dimensions of 19.5 mm x 33 mm. The smallest man's watch is 23.5 mm x 38.5 mm, and even that might be considered mid sized.

Sounds like a fair enough price. Bear in mind that a JLC service could cost you £500+ and an independent watchmaker will not have access to parts.

Beautiful Reverso. Keep in mind, when looking at Reverso prices, that bracelets increase the price quite noticeably. Also, keep in mind that you may need bracelet links.
