I have been unsuccessful in finding either "Dhara" (sic) or "Aukland" (sic) on the map. That would bother me. I also think JLC get their lettering a bit straighter than that.
Google "Memovox worldtimer" and similar, study lots of examples, and take your time. Don't get distracted by the "Hermes" signature, it adds nothing (except to make the dial uglier).

A fantasy redial. The shame of it is that other than that dial, it looks like a genuine JLC Memovox from the 1960’s. But some “schmart guy” German is going all PT Barnum here, looking for the sucker.

I’ve looked at many examples online and never found one like this.

Pretty sure was also listed on ch24 at one point. Now on eBay with 16 bids @ EUR2010. Will prob sell for more when the hammer drops unfortunately.
