FIFY. Pictures or it did not happen. I prefer the Vache. The dial has a more classic look and is less busy. The pushers have a more elegant look on it as well. Cooler lugs too.

The VC every time, it's on a different planet compared to the JLC. Much more elegant and a better finished overall production.

your argument on "the dial less busy" is a very solid one. This is one of the reasons, I admire PP Grand Complications Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. Impressive, well balanced, but a bit out of my league.
Also I don't like JLC Master Grand Reveil, too busy dial.
On the other hand the mechanical complexity of the JLC Grande Master Memovox fascinates me.

Major worry I would have with the VC would be a perpetual calendar that is manual wind.

So you are saying, JLC is the truly automatic of the two? I did not know. Thx for getting back to me on this

I do not own either (nor could I afford the VC). But advertised JLCs are marked as automatic. The casebacks is solid so you cannot tell for sure. The VC is marked manual wind. The hunter caseback opens to show it lacks a rotor.

You can always hire the kid down the street to wind it for you while you’re on vacation.
