JLC Deep Sea Chronograph -> any owners here?

Have been eyeing both the three register and the vintage inspired two register one for a while, but for whatever reason I’ve never pulled the trigger. Maybe I”m just afraid of JLC’s horrendous service costs 😀

Are there any owners here that might be able to ease my worries?

Cheers

I had the 2-register Deep Sea "Vintage" chrono, sadly was stolen from me. Awesome watch, of course service costs will be high but IMO I think Jaeger-LeCoultre is worth it. (If it's any indication of my confidence I now own 2 modern JLCs, picked up during the rebuilding 😉 )

Too bad that it was stolen from you... it's a beautiful piece and quite hard to get these days.

BTT doesn't look like we got many other owners on board 😵‍💫

I've had one for 4 years & love it. A JLC service for it will be approx £900, last time I asked.

But service interval on all new JLC's is 8 years now.
