I headed out to the flea market today, and came across a vendor with a mountain of old straps, bracelets, etc. piled on a table.

I dug through the bracelet box which was full of old Seiko bracelets...none for Pogues...

Went through the straps...all crap.

Saw a bag full of bracelets...and pulled this gem out... Best part, I picked up a nice 18 and 19mm JB Champion shark mesh too.

Bad news is that is it missing the keeper, but hopefully I can source that from a parts bracelet on ebay.

I had to bite my tongue when the seller told me, "I know a lot about watches, and I doubt you want to pay what I am asking..."

I said, "try me..."

He responded, "$20."

Done.

I then put it up to my Speedy, and the guy, said, "oh, do your collect?"

My response, "a little..."

Special thanks to @TLIGuy who sent me an ebay auction where the seller had a mess of broken JB Champion bracelets.

I messaged the seller, and he sold me a stainless keeper for...$1...$1.89 shipped!

The power of this forum never ceases to amaze me...people helping people. It is so cool. Just had to share.
