Is it horned lug?

 

They look to be the straight ones.

Do you have a clearer photo of the underside markings? Albeit not overly apparent, the lug width is listed in the title, 19mm.

Not horned lugs, straight expandable lugs- they go to 19mm, maybe just over actually. I will get some photos. for you all.
