jankoxxx went WAY above and beyond his obligation

I bought some straps from Jan/jankoxxx and the US Postal Service lost them. My tough luck, right? Nope. Although he had absolutely no responsibility for the loss, Jan made entirely new straps to my specifications, and shipped them to me without asking me for a single additional penny. Essentially, he took on the loss, even though he had no obligation whatsoever to do so. I can't tell you how impressed I am by this exceptional demonstration of decency, generosity and good character.
