As you have the NTTD and Spectre, putting myself in your shoes, it's not an easy decision. I'm on a waitlist too, but have already told myself it's too similar to the NTTD to justify spending the money. There are so many other different watches out there that would be better suited for my collection.

Having said that, being a life long Bond fan myself, the heart might just overrule my head.
Yeah I think I’m with you on this. The Spectre is unique as is the NTTD. Not sure I can justify it when I have those two in my collection. Might have to see it again and make a decision. My head is telling me to pass. I also wore my NTTD again after 2 weeks off and instantly reminded how amazing it is.

You know when you go to Italy and pay for two espressos, one for you and one for the next customer, as a gift? Well I just did that on this watch, without paying of course! So I declined and asked to call me back in January.

They were very understanding when I said I wasn’t quite ready. I said please ensure you let the next person enjoy the moment when they get the call which I passed on. They said a few people have passed on it so it wasn’t a problem. As I said no I looked down at my wrist and gazed in joy at my NTTD. It truly is a special special watch.

Moral of the story - enjoy what you currently have.

I put my name down on day 1 and got the call this past Tuesday (Sept. 26) from the OB on 5th ave in NYC. Picked it up today

Beautiful watch. I was never into the SMP 300 because of the bracelet and just found it kinda meh in general. This one is special.

Will this watch ever get sold on omega’s site? Yesterday they were heavily advertising it on social media and they wanted you to find out more about it but when I did, same spill, “contact your boutique”

Highly unlikely.

Agreed. It is supposed to be a limited edition model and it is just not being made and large enough quantity and the demand is just too high.

For those who have been allocated this piece, does the blue and grey NATO come in the box, or bought separately? There is a YouTube video which says that the NATO is included in the box which is the first I’m hearing of this (

Uhh interesting. Mine did not come with the NATO strap and I've also never heard of a NATO strap being included.

Pretty sure I would've noticed a NATO strap hiding in that pouch (which I assumed was just for storage) but I can double check when im home later.

Can’t access the spreadsheet, but I enquired on Sunday at one of the local boutiques and got the call the following day.

Wow! Do you have a relationship with the boutique? Do you mind sharing which boutique?

Picked up over the weekend and had to purchase the strap separately

Yeah sorry; doesn’t seem to work on my phone that’s all.
No relationship with the boutique and central London based. I used to have a relationship with the Bond St store - PO LM LE and ST1, but they weren’t overly helpful.
This was Sloane St. have to say I was very impressed with the service (even if their coffee machine wasn’t working) and will definitely use them again in the future.
The responses I was getting from most stores suggest this was just freak luck
