Jaeger lecoultre ref 5000.42

Hello fellow watch enthusiasts

mom currently restoring a Jlc ref 5000.42 caliber 900. It’s pretty rusted up and when trying to free some rusted screws the dial was damaged. I was curious if anyone had a replacement dial that they would be willing to sell.
