Has anyone ordered an extract from JLC? I just paid the sum of £200 and received an email back to say I may receive my extract with in the next 3 months. Any success or failures here? Thanks.
Will be interested to find out more as well. Have a JLC from the 40s in sterling silver which I’m considering requesting for an extract as well.
I will keep you updated on the progress. As long at the watch is +20 years old you can apply. Here is the link if anyone is interested. https://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/eu/en/secure/my-jaeger-lecoultre/extract-archives.html
On a somewhat related side note I saw a post where somebody said you could order extracts from Cartier and the info was on their website. I don’t see anything on their website. Has anybody ordered an extract for their Cartier watch? Regarding the JLC extracts I agree that it is a steep price and they don’t tell you where the watch was originally sold (which is my favorite part of the Omega extract).
Got one last year for my Shark. You have to wire them the funds (no credit cards) which is a bit of a drag, then they couldn't locate my wire for a couple of weeks... But finally got it!
Very nice. Even nicer watch. Thanks for sharing. The wiring part does make the whole proceee cumbersome. Will think twice about requesting for one now...
Does anyone know if Panerai does this? I see they do an authentication service in Europe for 350 euro. Would love to know anyone's experiences.
Nice watch! But it looks like JLC dont have any archives to dig into? They dont state where and when delivered, just a estimated production year
Arrived in just under 5 weeks. Not quite as detailed and twice the price of Omega.. but nice to have none the less.
