Today, after a three month wait, my J&B from Baden-Baden (via WatchBuys) has arrived...first impressions? It’s a big watch; normally I go 34-41mm. This is big in every way ! My wrist is 6 7/8 so I’m ok- but I will have to get used to the size. I think I will probably wear it when going casual; after work. It’s stunning quite frankly ; Breguet influences from the hand guilloche solid sterling silver dial with black rhodium and numerals. The rose gold sub dial Is completely made my hand on Benziger’s rose engine. The 3/4 plate is by hand -sun ray patterned, guilloched and finished also in rose gold. Pforzheim steel case and anti-reflect sapphire crystal..will take it out to the city Sunday for the WBuy road show...
