A bit of time on my hands atm, so I have just started to have a look at past auctions in an attempt to understand when the the ovoid and round O's started appearing as well as the P touching the S dials. no where near accurate, but I will clean it up asap. If you know of any others please send to me. There has to be a better understanding of these dials in regards to their LE production number

Ovoid /round and P touching S ??

It has been asked if the current Omega debacle had an influence on Swigert's Gold BA 145.022-69
Don't think so, as the first 26 Gold "Apollo 11 tribute" Speedmaster, awarded to 22 astronauts + Deke Slayton (+ Apollo 1 posthumously) on November 25, 1969 are considered the most important. The list can be found everywhere.
Afterwards in 1971 & 1972, 8 extra Gold BA 145.022-69 were given to those Apollo 14 to 17 crew members who hadn't space-flown before 1970.
At last, Apollo 13 crew-members Jack Swigert and Fred Haise were not forgotten and received theirs as an unnumbered version.

Is Swigert's mission watch the one they used on Apollo XIII to time their re-entry burn?

No, Swigert's watch was not used to time the burn. Swigert timed the burn using Jim Lovell's watch.

Here is great reference regarding Jack Swigert's use of Jim Lovell's wristwatch to time the 14 second correction burn expertly narrated by Kevin Fong. The use of Lovell's Speedmaster picks up around 4:30.

"With the console switched off, the only thing they can use to time the burn accurately is Jim Lovell's wristwatch. Swigert will be the timekeeper, and the burn needs to last exactly 14 seconds."

Regarding differing dials on the BA-69, I'd like to explore the idea that there were two different dial makers (for whatever reason). The Singer made dials I have seen have all had the round O and the P doesn't touch the S. I note that the oval dials do show the P touching the S. It would be useful if someone who has seen, has a photo, or can otherwise confirm the dial maker of the Ovoid O dials.
