Not looking to buy this at all, but just wanted to share my thoughts and see what additional observations I've missed...

Saw this on good old eBay. My thoughts are aging of the markers matches the hands although the second hand looks slightly different (replacement maybe?). The case looks very "new" (although the photography doesn't seem to capture the texture particularly well) so likely polished - the description does say that watches will be polished where required. The buckle doesn't look like it's from this watch (looks new and my guess is a replacement). Finally, good sign that the crowns have the fish logo on them and the ridges look nicely worn. Obviously no movement picture so no comment in that regard!
