I attended an IWC event this evening that showcased the new Spitfire line announced at SIHH.

I was lucky enough to get some wrist time with this Spitfire Chronograph Bronze.

I’m not a huge IWC guy, but it was great to see these in the flesh. The colour combo is lovely, and the bronze is really subdued and almost “matte” compared to other bronze watches.

Also, it wears really small (41mm diameter and strap is really thin).

Just thought I’d share for others here!

(Also at the event was £100,000 platinum Portuguesier Tourbillion. Sadly not much wrist time being offered for that one! )

    Nice.

Also like the look of the simpler time/date version.

Fortunately not a LE so I can get later in the year. Suspect Omega will be taking most of my spare $$ over the next few months..

They actually had that exact time only version at the event as well, but didn’t get to try it.

For time only versions, it’s the brilliant blue Petit Prince that does it for me
