I can't explain why, but I really like this dial with these hands. Picked it up for cheap, and I'm really hoping that little mark on the back of the lug is a gold hallmark! Should be coming this week along with something else gold.

That certainly is a hallmark on the back of that lug. Funny color - either bad pictures or 9ct.

Should be smaller, like my Centenary. If I'm not mistaken it should have a 28.10 movement inside.

Not a chance. Right to the safety deposit box. ;)

Just like Ashley wants all 4 SMPP versions, I'd like all the Centenary models. I think there were 4 different variations - 2 larger and 2 smaller IIRC.

Desmond knows all and tells all about Centenaries here:

I think there are 4 major varieties, but several others iterations could qualify as varieties based on having engraving on the back or not, or having the certification language on the dial (and rotor) or not.

You are seeking the Holy Grail of Omega collections here. I wish you the best of luck in your quest.

Be Sir Lancelot, not Robin! :p

P.S. - Kyle, I think watches with that style dial and case have a cal. 342 inside. Let me know if I guessed correctly when it comes in.

4 shall be the number of the counting. Neither 5, nor 3, excepting if thou proceedeth to 4

Plus of course the RG/YG combinations, Etc. btw still annoyed about missing out on that RG centenary!

Even if you don't take into account the engraving on the back, the rose gold centenary watches (2500) had 3 variants - RG dial with RG markers, YG dial with RG markers and YG dial with YG markers. The all RG versions - case, dial and markers - from what I have observed came with the later cal. 333 movement.

Well it turns out it is pink gold! 18k too with a 28.10 (I think...it's not a 342).
