Just had the UPS man drop off my "bucket list" watch from TWC (Japan). To say I am happy and elated would be a gross understatement....I love everything about it...even more so in person. It is by far the most comfortable of my watches that I own by a long shot! Now begins the fun of ownership, tracking accuracy etc..however, I'm not that much of a stickler for time telling. I was worried the heft and 43.5 diameter would feel and look out of place on my 6.75 inch wrist-but not at all...One last comment, the whole transaction with TWC was top notch, painless and very satisfying. They were so accommodating with all my questions etc-would highly recommend.

I recently bought the gray titanium rubber-strapped one ( see 2 posts above), love it (and especially the rubber) but there's still a tiny tinge of doubt that I might prefer the black face, then again the titanium on my skinny wrists is just so comfy/light. My brother bought the black/steel/bracelet version so I should impose a temporary exchange to test the weight...but I've always appreciated the GMT/Diver hybrids, very practical. Happily I have a caseful of various GMT's to scratch the itch 😉

I think your watch looks great..I too have tiny wrists but I think the 43.5 looks great! My next purchase is the bracelet for my watch...although I prefer the look of the rubber the best for me!
