Italian Cream Dial or Mitsukoshi Panda Dial Availability

I heard from a watch industry person I know that Omega cut off the supply of these dials and possibly the corresponding hand sets. Is this true? I did an ebay search yesterday, and did not see anything there either, other than an original snoopy replacement dial that was almost a thousand dollars.

I have a modded Italian 3572.50 and Mitsukoshi Panda, 3570.50, and a spare Italian dial as well as a used silver rhodium dial. But I don't have any spare hand sets, which I believe are more prone to breaking during service.

It makes me feel a little nervous that I won't be able to get replacements in the future.

    Any thoughts?
