Several watchmakers later so this is now fixed. It was difficult to find buttons. The movement is 321, the same as Omega Moonwatch.
Unfortunately I do not own the watch. It is owned by a work mate of mine and I helped him with some quest for spare parts and its origins / history.
What is interesting is that I have not found anyone who has exactly this look and I have posed the question to several overseas forums but no one has found an exactly equal
The Watch is bought in Hudiksvall in Sweden about 1965 in a watchs shop run by watchmaker Falk.

A year ago it looked like this

Love it! It's amazing the journeys our watches and even us as collectors go through.

I`m pretty sure, I saw one of these many years ago at a watchfair in the UK. had white hands and the hour hand was longer and touched the rail minute markers . tell me more: diameter without crown? case signed lemania inside? what is written outside? very nice example ! kind regards. achim

Great story and a great watch.

Looks kind of like a cross between a Speedmaster and a SM 300.

    Thanks to you all

The movement is a 321 and it is unmarked. The diameter is about 40 mm. Will measure it when I meet the owner today. The outside is, I believe, completely unmarked. Unfortunately, the owner has in his youth carved his personal number on the backside :(

Sorry for the late reply but the owner of the watch has been sick with the flu so I have not had access to the watch. Now he's back and I took some pictures today.
The movement is marked Lemania (see photo) . The movement is an unmarked 321!!
    Serial number is 2400507
I have been through history society in Sundsvall Sweden and received little information.
I have forwarded this information to the watch owner.
The owner of the watchshop is dead for many years but his son (80 years old) living and he has contact with a person who may contribute some new info. But we must wait for this info.
    A few pictures.
