ISO .. Omega Certified Watchmaker .. Chicago or North/NW Suburbs

I am pretty sure my reliable vintage go to, MJ Watch Service is not certified despite their doing a good job on my 122 45 68 speedy last year. I don’t hold the cross threaded flat foot crown I purchased for my 2998-6 against them. They had a new Omega stem and crown on hand to recover from that debacle. Does any one know for sure who is and who is not. Google search is useless. I have a cal 564 quickset restoration project I want to undertake on my pie pan date.

Does anyone in a Chicagoland know for sure?
