Hey I'm new to all of this and just was wondering if this watch is real and fully authentic?

    Hi and welcome.

Yes it's genuine, however I doubt the dial is original as stated. The condition of the hands (re-lumed) and condition of the movement tell a different story.

    Welcome to the forum!
As Norman states, it's darn near impossible to have such a pristine dial survive conditions that would tarnish a movement to such a degree!
While somewhat attractive, I feel sure the dial is a François reinterpretation of a Swiss work of art.
Note the extra gap between the E and G of OMEGA and the irregularity of the right side of the logo.
Always compare the aging of all the parts!

not original dial. but nicely done ! I would wear it. one sign for originality is : luminous original hands with a non luminous dial does not make sense. kind regards. achim
