Is this valuable?

I bought this for my wife a million years ago (well, actually, more like 50 years ago). She has no use for it now—memory care, where she routinely loses $15 watches—and I'm wondering if its worth anything. Dial has the Omega logo and "OMEGA." Crown has a small black stone (?). The crystal is original. The back has a star followed by "14K GOLD." It's just been cleaned and serviced. "14K GOLD."

The value of ladies watches is mostly limited. If this is a genuine gold Omega (the inside of the caseback will give more info) I'm afraid the value will still be gold + USD 50 or so

Hi Steve,
As noted above there is very little demand for ladies vintage watches.
If it was in A1 condition it could attract interest on eBay, but owing to the poor re-dial, it has no collector value.

As a sentimental piece to be passed on through the family though, the value is irrelevant.
