Is this the original dial to EXCELSIOR PARK, "Base 1000", "Telemetre", Cal 4?

Im looking for expert advice on this dial.
Anyone who knows if this is the original dial to this EP watch from around 1945.
Any suggestions, references are more than welcomed.

The scales and numerals look pretty good, but the EXCELSIOR PARK printing looks wrong to me. I am accustomed to seeing an italicized font.

I also doubt the subdials are original, and +1 on the Excelsior Park printing.
